You can try on dresses in the store and we have fitting rooms for customers. After you make an appointment, we will give you the instructions before trying on the wedding dress. You can change to a nude color nubra (with underwear) in advance. Half-tie hair or ball head, it will be convenient to wear a veil. If you have short hair, we also have hair clips. You don’t need to bring high heels, there are high heels in the store to help the bride try on the wedding dress. If you need to cancel the appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

As with all Cinderella dresses, Cinderella gowns are only available in standard sizes 0-10, other sizes can also be ordered. The store where you place your order will tell you the best size options, but you will still need a tailor to fit your dress perfectly.

The order depends on the date and style of the wedding dress. Our standard production time is 4-8 months, but it takes time for customization, delivery, receiving and tailoring. Generally, you need to place an order 9 months before the wedding.

Some of Cinderella's gowns can be customized! If you want to change the shape of the dress, add ties, add or remove sleeves, we are open to adjustments. You will need to work with the store you ordered from to get final approval for all customizations.
