The 9 Fall 2018 Wedding Dress Toronto Trends Brides Need to Know Part Two

wedding dress Toronto

Listen up fall 2018 brides! Bridal Fashion Week has come and gone and we’ve poured over every wedding dress Toronto to make your search for the ONE as easy as possible. Want to know the latest wedding dress Toronto trends before you kick off a season of wedding dress Toronto shopping? We’re here for you, always. While last season’s wedding dress Toronto trends aren’t going anywhere (off-the-shoulder, blue, lace!) this season saw a new take on some of our favorites. Capes are still going strong, but this season they’ve been upgraded from capelet to full-on Princess cape. Off-the-shoulder dresses are still everywhere, and ultra-flattering, but designers took a new spin on sleeves for them.

From Princess-inspired capes to cool moto jackets, detachable sleeves, tea-length ladylike frocks, and even shorts, these are the wedding dress Toronto trends we’re loving for 2018.

Shades of Pink and Nude

The blush trend is getting a new take in varying shades of pink and nude. From hot pink and peach at Naeem Khan to soft shades of nude at Elie Saab, Alexandra Grecco, Inbal Dror, and more, this romantic wedding-dress trend is here to stay.

Mini Everything

Legs out, fall 2018 brides! While there were plenty of demure mid-length looks, that doesn’t mean designers didn’t go for broke when it came to mini wedding dresses—and shorts. Whether in full miniskirts, modern high-low, or even short suiting, next year’s brides should dare to go bare.

Wedding Pants

Who wears the pants? The bride does! Most designers showed at least one jumpsuit or pants separates this season, and we couldn’t love this trend more. Though they’ve usually been reserved for chic city-hall weddings, we’re hoping this trend really takes over down the aisle. The wedding world really needs more Bianca Jagger–inspired style!

Shoulder Bows

Bows are no strangers to the wedding-dress trend circuit, but this season there’s a new take on a classic. Bows showed up on the shoulders of wedding dresses across the Bridal Fashion Week runways.

Clean and Modern

Sometimes simple is best! And that’s certainly the case for these gorgeous wedding dresses. No muss, no fuss for these clean and modern looks, which have us all yearning for ’90s minimalism.
